Empty Temp Folders is a handy utility to, you guessed it, empty folders which contain temporary files to help reduce the clutter on your hard drive.
It features a choice of predefined folders and/or add your own folder(s), quick access to Recycle Bin, etc.
This is a great little program to make quick work of cleaning up your hard drive.
Windows is not a very good housekeeper and it needs a hand to remove the accumulated dregs which keep on building up. At least once per week you should remove unnecessary files (and defrag the hard drive too!) and this is a terrific way of doing it.
Easy to use, nice to look at, efficient in operation. What more could you want?
Get it!
Empty Temp Folders has been updated to version 2.8.2.
The author advises that changes in this version include: you can now delete cookies, history files & temporary internet files; find & delete temporary files and zero byte files on all drives; empty the Clipboard; check all drives for broken shortcuts; includes a small secondary program (EmpRunner) to run Empty Temp Folder at intervals; and lots of new options and enhancements.
This is almost like a whole new program and we consider it to be a "must have".
