Billiards Esnuka is a computerized game of billiards, pool, snooker and three original games.
It features: 10 computer players (each with a different level of expertise); you can choose the angle, spin & impulse of the cue; play an optional 8-player tournament; and more.
Billiards Esnuka includes a superb choice of billiard-style games and has three games based off the Theory of Evolution. It offers terrific control over the direction of the cue, the amount of force behind it (impulse), and you can even add spin to the ball. Cool.
The games included are: French Billiards; Pool; Snooker; Esnuka; Esnuka-II; and Esnuka-III.
The author has provided help screens but there is also an option to print them and this we recommend. Graphics are a little ragged at times (well, this is DOS don't forget) but you tend not to notice that as you become involved in the gameplay.
Overall Billiards Esnuka is a fantastic collection of games in the single package. Whether of not you believe in the Theory of Evolution is immaterial to play the three Esnuka games. Snooker and pool were our favorites but you might prefer one of the other games.
This game is definitely one to get and it works just as well under Windows as it does in raw DOS.
We liked!
