Review:

CowQuest is a fun platform game where you have to guide a cow through levels filled with passages, tunnels, ravines, mines and lots of other dangers to defeat the Evil Silly Psycho Cow.

The game features good graphics, sound and animation.

This is a very playable game with an amusing theme (a UFO-affected psychotic cow and his – yes, it's a male cow! – Twisted Cow Troopers!) which is not so easy to get started on until you get the feel of the controls (arrow keys) so your little cow goes where she's told. Once you master that, the game progresses at a ripping pace and is highly addictive.

After you have gone through the superb opening credits/splash screen, you can fast-track starting the game by pressing F2 (otherwise it's a long wait until the credits, etc are finished each time).

We enjoyed CowQuest, not because it is a highly sophisticated game (it isn't!) but because it is a lot of mindless fun.
