ColToHex is a great color tool for Webpages.
It converts RGB to Hex values and allows the users to create their own colors for background, text, link, active link and visited link in a fully visual environment.
Once you have your color scheme sorted out you can copy the HTML code to insert those colors into your Webpage.
There are quite a few utilities which do basically the same thing as ColToHex but none quite give the same presentation and ease of use.
If you are likely to be fooling around with Webpages then this is an essential tool to have on hand.
