LaunchIt NOW! is an icon-based program/folder launcher like a mini-version of the Windows Desktop.
It features hotkey access, low system resource usage, can be 'always on top', Windows Shell integration, optional auto-start with Windows, and more.
This is a terrific program launcher which lives as an icon in the desktray (next to the clock). It pops up a small window which can be identical with the Windows desktop (if required) so you can quickly open folders or launch programs.
Supporting drag 'n drop, you can add selected folders or programs to this box to facilitate quick access to wanted programs, URLs, Favorites, shortcuts, documents, etc.
Using only about 2% of valuable system resources, you can select to have the program auto-loaded with Windows so that it is always available. You can also change the colors of the background and text, though the default is whatever the current Desktop is set to.
There is a reasonably good Helpfile with the program to get you started.
If you have trouble finding your way around your computer then LaunchIt NOW! could be an answer to your prayers.
